Sentry has been a Duro-Last award winner for 30 years for sales volume and quality installations. We are proud of those achievements, but the best award we receive is hearing a client complement one of our crews on their courtesy and workmanship, and then return year after year for additional roof installations. When we exceed client expectations and roof installations perform long-term, the result is customer loyalty and positive referrals. For the past three decades we have worked to build a solid business foundation by simply by taking proper care of our customers.

The highest compliment we have ever received was from a long term account that said simply “You always do what you said you would do”. Honesty. Integrity. Commitment. Consistency. Every day, day after day. And if a problem does come along it is taken care of immediately, without question, and to our client’s complete satisfaction. The result is that on average three fourths of our annual volume is from repeat business or direct referrals from an existing account.

For the past 22 years Sentry has received the John R. Burt Award from Duro-Last Roofing and three times have been awarded the “Golden Eagle” in recognition of outstanding achievement in quality workmanship, customer satisfaction and sales excellence. This Award is given to fewer than 1% of the Duro-Last contractors nationwide. Out of more than 2500 contractors nationwide, 49 have attained the highest level of Platinum status and we are proud to be recognized in that prestigious group, demonstrating the highest standards in quality workmanship, customer service and sales excellence.
